Adverbs and Adjectives Worksheets and Activities

Adverbs and adjectives are words that describe or modify. Adjectives describe nouns and pronouns. Adverbs describe verbs, adjectives, and other adverbs. Learning to identify adverbs and adjectives is essential to understanding how sentences are structured.

When you want to present yourself well, you need to use good grammar. Knowing when to use an adjective and when to use an adverb will help you speak better English. I’ve made many worksheets and activities to help students master adverbs and adjectives over the years. I hope that these resources will help you reach your goal too.
